Forty-five minutes on site, then a number in writing.

No sales visit. We measure the turf, read the irrigation, and tell you what the property needs — including when that is less than you asked for.

Before you ask

The five questions we get every week.

Weekly maintenance starts at $185 a month for a quarter-acre lot and the Estate program at $395. Both are flat twelve-month figures rather than per-cut, so the summer growth months do not spike your invoice. Anything above half an acre, or with significant hedge and palm work, gets quoted after the walk-through — we would rather give you a real number than a range you cannot plan around.

No. Programs are month to month with thirty days' notice either way. We ask for a full season before you judge the result, because turf responds slowly — but you are not locked in while you wait.

We cut in light rain. We do not cut when the ground is saturated, because a machine on soft turf leaves ruts that take a season to grow out. In that case the visit moves to the next dry day within the same week, and you get a message telling you when — you should not have to wonder.

Yes, and roughly half our properties came to us that way. The first two or three visits usually run longer than a standard service while we re-establish bed lines and correct cut height. We flag any recovery work at the walk-through so there are no surprise line items later.

It depends entirely on whether a route near you has capacity. Sometimes it is the following week; sometimes there is a wait until a route opens, which can be a month or more in spring. We will tell you which at the walk-through rather than squeezing you in and lowering the standard for everyone on that day.

Or simply

Call the yard.

Weekdays between seven and five. If Dean is on a route it goes to the office, and somebody who knows the schedule will call you back the same day.
